Pemberley Craft Parties Party Policy

Our craft parties are non-refundable. We can reschedule your party if it is canceled with greater than 2 weeks notice. Parties that are not rescheduled within 3 months of original party date will require a new booking and payment.

An additional $15 fee is charged for each guest over 10 people (including the birthday child).

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled event start time as we may have parties scheduled before and after.

Please ensure no guests venture into the fields or barns as Pemberley Craft Parties is located on an active horse riding school where helmets are required to enter anywhere there may be horses.

All party selections and options are chosen during the booking and payment process. If you need to make changes (amount of participants, upgrade options) please email us. You will receive a call to confirm details and numbers before the party, however we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Party add-ons can be purchased during the booking process. If you decide to choose am add=on after the party has been booked and before the date of the party, please email us. There is no guarantee an add-on will be available the day of the party.

Crafts can be messy! We will supply paint smocks, but paint and glue can still get on ya! Please inform your guests NOT to wear their best clothes. Only wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty or possibly stained! Pemberley Craft Parties is not responsible for any damages to clothing or personal belongings.

You will have about 45 minutes after the crafty portion of your party to have your own party time. Please ensure your guests stay in the Cottage during this time. Pemberley Craft Parties is located on an active horse riding school where helmets are required to enter anywhere there may be horses.

There is no refrigerator so we recommend no ice cream or ice cream cakes…
